WJ-7 type ballastless track fastener system is a ballastless track fastener system developed for laying various types of ballastless track and meeting the technical requirements of the passenger special line fastener system. It is optimized on the basis of the original WJ-1 type and WJ-2 type ballastless track fastener system. The fasteners system can be used in bridge, tunnel and roadbed sleeper embedded type (double block sleeper and long sleeper) and slab ballastless track. Aiming at the key technical problems that need to be solved in the ballastless track fasteners system of passenger dedicated line, such as high elasticity, high insulation, strong structural versatility, small pressure attenuation and high fatigue strength of the elastic buckle, reliable connection with the foundation, and large adjustment amount of rail height and left and right position.
